📋 Description

• Maintains all marketing calendars/roadmaps and oversees the distribution and tracking of all internal marketing and sales support documentation • Tracks and monitors sales data, maintains customer and prospect databases, and prepares reports using Salesforce and HubSpot • Provides list acquisition support using marketing tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo • Supports marketing campaigns through the creation of emails and landing pages in HubSpot • Monitors market presence of the company and its services, as well as competitor activity • Develops institutional and commercial content, including presentations, emails, campaigns, and supporting materials • Supports the organization of events, webinars, and engagement initiatives with clients and stakeholders • Supports the preparation, review, negotiation, and follow-up of commercial proposals • Manages and maintains the sales pipeline (CRM), including follow-ups with leads and prospective clients • Supports sales-related activities including contract and proposal negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or comparable work experience • 1–3 years in sales, business development, or related fields • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce; experience with ZoomInfo is a plus • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing automation • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
