📋 Description

• Developing and implementing access management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols • Designing and managing RBAC frameworks to ensure users have appropriate permissions based on their organizational roles • Creating and enforcing access policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards • Collaborating with application development teams to integrate access management solutions into existing applications and services • Implementing security measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and monitoring access logs to identify and respond to potential security threats • Overseeing user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring access rights are appropriately assigned and promptly revoked • Conducting regular audits of access controls and user activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Identifying and resolving issues related to access management systems and providing support for users and administrators • Maintaining clear, detailed documentation for access management processes, policies, and technical configurations • Guiding junior team members and fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Basic familiarity with emerging technologies in the IAM industry • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies, such as SAML2.0, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, multi-factor authentication, adaptive authentication, risk-based authentication, password-less authentication, certificate-based authentication, and Kerberos authentication • Strong experience of IAM practices and CIAM solutions like Strivacity, PingOne CIAM, ForgeRock CIAM • Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Perl, SQL, and web services • Knowledge of programming languages like Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Python, Shell Script, and SQL • Demonstrated English-language skills necessary to create and maintain clear documentation of project requirements, design elements, and updates throughout the project lifecycle • Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, vendors, and team members to support cohesive and productive teamwork
