• Lead an AI-First Engineering Team • Design and operate a development environment. • Define workflows where humans guide, review, and validate. • Own delivery of a mission-critical platform. • Lead development of a back-office system and marketplace platform. • Drive engineering quality by establishing high standards. • Manage and grow a team of 3–6 engineers. • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. • Operate with a startup mindset balancing speed and scalability. • Ensure data security and compliance as key concerns.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience. • Minimum 3 years in a team lead/engineering manager position. • Experience managing a team of 3+ developers.
