📋 Description

• Responsible for service quality, adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction • Coordinate and lead the SAP delivery team in day-to-day service operations • Identify risks, improvement opportunities and optimization measures • Conduct regular service reviews and ensure transparent communication with customers • Professionally manage escalations with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions • Continuously improve services, processes and collaboration models

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Service Delivery or Client Delivery Management, ideally within an SAP environment • Solid knowledge of service management processes, SLAs, KPIs and governance models • Proven experience leading complex service rollouts and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with KPIs, reports and quality metrics • Strong customer and service orientation • High sense of responsibility and initiative • Clear and respectful communication • Cooperative mindset and team spirit • Very good English skills and good German skills, both written and spoken • Experience in dynamic, agile or transformation-driven environments is an advantage
