📋 Description

• You will drive our insurance products in the property & casualty area / SHU together with your colleagues. • You will manage existing insurance products and further develop them. • You will conduct negotiations with reinsurers and insurers on new and existing product concepts. • You will handle project management related to our product and concept development. • You will be the subject-matter contact for internal teams, reinsurers, insurers and sales partners. • You will bring your insurance expertise into a digital environment and work on implementing products in a simple, efficient and sales-channel-specific way. • You will be willing to occasionally support reinsurers on-site or represent sia at trade fairs.

🎯 Requirements

• You have training in the insurance field, e.g. as an insurance and financial services clerk, further training as an insurance specialist, a business administration background or comparable experience. • You bring experience in product development, product management or a product-adjacent role in the insurance sector. • You are familiar with the property & casualty area; experience in SHU (property, liability and accident) is particularly helpful. • You have a good understanding of insurance products, product logic, economic relationships and ideally product concepts. • You are numerically inclined and can effectively reconcile technical, commercial and sales requirements. • You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, especially reinsurers, insurers and sales partners. • You are enthusiastic about the digital working environment and quickly adapt to various tools. • You work independently, contribute proactively and enjoy driving topics forward together with the team. • You have very good German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
