📋 Description

• Lead multi-unit restaurant and franchise accounts through post-sale onboarding, channel integration, and official platform launch • Configure software against client channels, POS systems, delivery platforms, and bank feeds • Audit and reconcile financial and operational data to ensure complete figures accuracy prior to account go-live • Lead onboarding sessions for restaurant operators, executives, and CFOs • Triage setup blockers and initial technical issues directly with product and engineering teams • Leverage AI tools daily to streamline onboarding workflows, troubleshoot configurations, and maintain documentation • Monitor account health, track contract terms, and land account renewals and upsells

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional experience in SaaS, software implementation, or technical onboarding/consulting roles • Top-tier verbal and written English communication skills at near-native C1 level for a North American commercial audience • Strong quantitative capabilities • Practical experience with spreadsheet models, data mapping, and financial/operational reconciliation • Native-level AI fluency and extensive experience using AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day workflows • Exceptional resilience, adaptability, and comfort in an ambiguous, high-growth startup environment • Proactive, empathetic, and customer-driven approach with complete personal accountability • Bonus: background in top-tier strategy consulting such as Bain, McKinsey, or BCG, or high-growth tech • Bonus: familiarity with restaurant/retail tech, POS integrations, SQL, or Salesforce
