📋 Description

• Serve as the primary account lead and strategic advisor • Run client calls and monthly reviews • Handle high-friction client conversations • Formulate and execute email and SMS lifecycle strategies • Build Klaviyo flows, perform advanced segmentation, and maintain continuous testing roadmaps • Perform hands-on technical execution, QA, flow building, basic Figma design edits, and minor copy updates • Project manage copywriters, designers, and developers using Notion • Ensure on-time delivery without manager intervention • Analyze e-commerce performance data to diagnose metric dips • Provide actionable strategic recommendations across a portfolio of 4–5 DTC e-commerce brands

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience • Required account management experience within an agency setting • Expert-level fluency in Klaviyo and Attentive (flows, segmentation, campaigns, and integrations) • Proven experience managing 4–5 fast-paced client accounts with high autonomy, composure, and strong boundary-setting skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with professional presence for executive-level calls • Hands-on familiarity with Figma for light design/copy edits • Hands-on familiarity with Notion for project management pipeline tracking • Strong data analytics proficiency in GA4, Triple Whale, and Looker Studio • Experience deriving actionable insights from LTV, repeat purchase rates, and flow conversions • Bonus: Experience with the wider Shopify e-commerce ecosystem, including Yotpo, Okendo, Black Crow, and Recharge • Bonus: Familiarity with Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
