📋 Description
• Reporting to a UK-based manager and a supportive, collaborative team, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless payroll and putting smiles on clients' faces. • Drive accurate, end-to-end payroll processing to meet key deadlines effortlessly. • Expertly handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPL, SAP). • Manage BACS payment timelines to ensure timely, precise salary distributions. • Build fantastic client relationships by providing friendly, top-notch support via phone and digital channels. • Connect confidently with HMRC and pension providers to resolve queries smoothly. • Champion data compliance, keeping documentation secure and GDPR-aligned. • Team up with colleagues to optimize workflows and stay ahead of pension legislation.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience as a UK Payroll Specialist or Analyst. • Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, and manual calculations. • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data with ease. • Excellent communication skills - you love turning complex data into clear, friendly guidance. • Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, energizing environment. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Bonus Points For: Experience in a payroll bureau or multi-client accounting firm. • Familiarity with modern platforms like PayCircle or Cintra. • A CIPP certification or current studies toward one.
