📋 Description

• Own mid-tier & enterprise new business across the German market from first touch to closed won • Be the senior commercial voice in the room with German VP and C-suite buyers • Build and execute strategic account plans for your top target accounts in Germany • Work closely with SDRs and the Head of GTM in London to align on pipeline strategy and prioritisation • Play a key role in shaping how Searchable enters and scales in the German market, your experience and network will directly influence how we build the function

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record closing mid market & enterprise SaaS deals within the German market • Strong existing network across German enterprise that you can activate immediately • Experience navigating German enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder structures, and commercial negotiations at a senior level • Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English • Comfortable operating independently in a fast moving, early stage environment
