📋 Description
• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. • Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.). • Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
🎯 Requirements
• Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license • Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.). • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools. • Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions. • Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
