📋 Description

• Implement and administer CIAM solutions, ensuring identity security and protection across the Customer Identity journey; • Configure and manage authentication, authorization and session management policies focused on external users (end customers); • Integrate with LDAP directories, applications and third-party platforms using standards such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect; • Participate in the design and implementation of customized login journeys, Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA); • Develop authentication and provisioning flows based on business and security requirements; • Evaluate and propose flows that enable security, fraud prevention and a positive customer experience in the digital journey; • Perform technical troubleshooting and document issues, proposing continuous improvements; • Collaborate with architecture, security, development and business teams to ensure CIAM solutions meet client needs; • Conduct functionality, performance and security testing related to deployed solutions; • Follow internal processes and SEC4U policies, ensuring quality deliveries aligned with security best practices; • Act in a consultative capacity with clients, proposing innovative and efficient CIAM solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields; • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, Passkeys); • Experience configuring access policies, MFA and API integrations; • Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence); • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems; • Good communication skills and ease working in multidisciplinary teams; • Intermediate English.
