🎯 Requirements
• Masterdiploma • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een HR BP- of generalistische functie • Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels • Grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en sociale relaties • Sterke kennis van talent- en leiderschapsontwikkeling • Sterke communicator en netwerker • Strategisch denken en bewustzijn van de impact van HR-beslissingen • Beslissingen nemen op basis van data en inzichten • Proactief en resultaatgericht
