• Handle and process travel insurance claims (lost baggage, medical expenses, trip interruption, etc.), with a focus on the French market • Communicate daily with policyholders, service providers and partners in France and internationally • Analyze coverages and determine claim eligibility and settlements • Manage administrative follow-up and update case files in our systems • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service quality
• Degree in insurance (e.g., BTS Assurance, Professional Bachelor's) or equivalent commercial training • Excellent command of French (native level or equivalent) and a good level of German and English, both spoken and written • Strong customer-service orientation, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication • Comfortable with IT tools, particularly MS Office; experience with claims management systems is a plus • Organized, autonomous and a team player
