📋 Description

• Manage damage collections and damage-related customer queries • Provide ongoing support to the damage collections team and FNOL Contacts team • Manage receivables and ensure damage invoices are paid on time by leisure and corporate customers • Send monthly reminders and statements to customers • Track incoming payments and participate in calls with key stakeholders • Handle customer contact cases, queries, and disputes related to damage charges • Investigate and process damage invoices • Prepare documentation to support recovery of damage costs • Liaise with rental locations, insurance providers, maintenance teams, claim handlers, and customers • Maintain accurate records within internal systems • Ensure claims are opened within agreed timescales • Obtain and correctly match accident reports, photographs, vehicle damage assessments, and other supporting evidence to claims • Gather additional information and ensure corporate standards and procedures are followed • Support efficient recovery and resolution of motor damage claims

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in an office or administrative environment is advantageous • Experience using claims or business management systems is desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when processing claims, recording data, and handling documentation • Highly organised and self-motivated • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently using initiative and consistently meet deadlines • Ability to analyse information, make informed decisions, and progress claims efficiently • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Ability to build positive working relationships across different departments
