📋 Description

• Helping people whose homes have been damaged by an incident • Independent handling and settlement of property and liability claims • Conducting on-site inspections and recording damage • Independently preparing expert reports, assessments and statements • Assessing causes of damage, scope of damage and remediation costs • Coordinating and aligning with all relevant parties (insurers, policyholders, service providers, other experts, etc.) • Ensuring quality- and customer-focused claims handling

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering), certification as a state-qualified technician, or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in one of the above fields • Solid knowledge of building-related damage • Good knowledge of structural and civil engineering (building and civil works) is an advantage • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills • Independent and structured working style • Strong communication skills and customer focus • Valid driver's license (Class B)
