📋 Description

• Attend and defend asbestos and silica depositions on behalf of firm clients • Conduct witness examinations as appropriate • Prepare clear, concise, and timely deposition summaries and reports • Analyze testimony and identify key liability, causation, and damages issues • Coordinate with case teams regarding deposition strategy and follow-up recommendations • Cover other litigation appearances, hearings, or related assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania • Prior deposition experience required • Experience handling asbestos, silica, toxic tort, product liability, or other complex civil litigation matters preferred • Defense-side deposition experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines • Professional, client-focused demeanor and attention to detail.
