📋 Description

• Conduct user interviews, lead research, and analyze Support feedback to identify pain points and needs. • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new value creation opportunities. • Prioritize backlog items (bugs, improvements, and features) using frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW. • Write User Stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications. • Clarify questions from Engineering and Design, remove blockers, and validate deliverables. • Work with the Design/UX team to develop wireframes and ensure a high-quality user experience. • Communicate the roadmap, progress updates, and product vision to leadership and internal stakeholders. • Coordinate the go-to-market launch of new features with the Marketing and Sales teams. • Negotiate resources and say “No” to requests that are not aligned with the product strategy. • Train the Sales and Support teams and provide information about new features. • Own the long-term vision (12 to 24 months) and strategy for the product, ensuring it maximizes value for the company, including profitability and market growth. • Lead market, competitive, and trend analysis to identify new product lines or high-impact opportunities that have not yet been explored. • Present, advocate for, and justify the product strategy and investments to management, securing funding and organizational support. • Guide and mentor Mid-Level and Junior PMs, strengthening the technical and strategic proficiency of the entire Product team. • Propose and implement improvements to Product Management processes and frameworks to increase organizational efficiency. • Operate effectively in highly ambiguous situations by defining direction and mitigating risks. • Participate in strategic business decisions, such as pricing models, market positioning, and budget allocation, to ensure the highest possible ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct experience in Digital Product Management, Product, or related roles. • Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management. • Proven experience managing the complete lifecycle of a key feature or product with a defined scope. • Proficiency in using prioritization frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW. • Strong data analysis skills, KPI definition, and experience using analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics to support decision-making. • Ability to write clear, detailed User Stories, requirements, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without formal authority. • Knowledge and practical experience conducting user research and usability testing to ensure product-market fit. • Clear understanding of the company’s business model and how the product generates value and revenue. • Solid understanding of the software development process, basic architecture, and technical constraints for effective communication with Engineering. • Proficiency in project management and roadmapping tools such as Jira.
