📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, driving the full product lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery • Structure and maintain functional and technical product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, integration flows, and process maps • Lead the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions and high-transaction-volume ecosystems • Ensure project visibility and governance through checklists, routine management in Jira, and preparation of periodic reports • Monitor key product metrics such as OKRs, adoption rate, and latency • Ensure ongoing compliance with financial industry standards, including PCI-DSS and LGPD/PII • Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, data, UX/UI, security, and corporate stakeholders, removing operational bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management, ideally focused on B2B platforms, payment methods, or financial services • Proficiency in writing product documentation and hands-on use of Jira for tracking and governance • Practical or conceptual knowledge of Databricks architecture and Generative AI models • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams • Strong organizational skills with discipline for continuous process and routine follow-up • Previous experience in architecting or implementing ecosystems with AI Agents (Agent Harness) — a plus • Deep knowledge of financial market security regulations — a plus
