📋 Description

• Work with the squad to support the team in guiding deliveries and evolving the product • Develop, communicate and sustain the product vision, goals and strategy • Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, prioritized, visible and understandable • Prioritize, detail and manage stories, epics and features, aligning them with business objectives • Structure functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate with other POs, PMs, stakeholders and partner teams to ensure alignment on decisions and deliveries • Drive product strategy throughout the product lifecycle, including roadmaps, releases, evolution and prioritization • Support the product delivery team, promoting focus, engagement, collaboration and a sense of purpose • Conduct market research and analyses to support product evolution and decision-making • Define and validate MVPs, test hypotheses and support discovery and experimentation initiatives • Analyze user behavior to identify needs, pain points and opportunities for improvement • Guide the creation of prototypes and support the definition of customer-centered solutions • Foster innovation and continuous improvement in the product and ways of working • Manage strategic priorities, deadlines and resources, balancing business needs and delivery capacity • Connect corporate strategy, products and teams, contributing to consistent deliveries aligned with expected value

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in related product roles • Knowledge of financial products • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional squads • Decision-making ability, prioritization skills and an ownership mindset • Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills • Proactive, committed and collaborative profile with strong problem-solving skills • Analytical, logical, critical and human-centered thinking, focused on value creation • Desired knowledge: Product metrics; Product lifecycle; Risk mapping; Product delivery; MVP; Backlog management and prioritization; Agile practices; Negotiation; Leadership and influence; Discovery tools; Facilitation; Product-market fit; Growth hacking; Product management; Product culture
