📋 Description

• Lead the development and management of the Cash Management product portfolio (Boleto, Pix, Bill Payments). • Define the product vision and roadmap. • Define and execute the product strategy, aligning it with market needs and business objectives. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support teams to develop and launch products. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Prioritize and manage the backlog, defining and refining requirements and acceptance criteria. • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering innovation and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, IT or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with digital financial products. • Strong understanding of product management principles, agile development and Lean methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and business teams to bring products to market. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions. • Knowledge of financial regulations and an understanding of the regulatory challenges faced by cash management products is highly desirable.
