📋 Description

• Communicate and document clearly and strategically the rules, releases, and programs of card brands related to issuance • Facilitate exchanges with internal teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance, etc.) and external partners, ensuring understanding and adherence to card brand requirements • Analyze bulletins, including those from the Processor, CPs, releases and communications from partners and regulators, identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities • Map internal stakeholders affected by each new requirement or regulatory change, acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams • Develop action plans and strategies to implement new programs and regulatory changes • Monitor payment market trends and transformations, contributing strategic insight to product evolution • Produce support and guidance materials (guides, presentations, FAQs, etc.) to facilitate implementation of changes

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English • Analytical ability and skill to interpret technical and regulatory documents • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex content into concise messages • Familiarity with Jira is a plus
