📋 Description

• Build and evolve the roadmap for data products based on strategic opportunities and alignment with business areas • Define and track success metrics and OKRs, ensuring high-value deliveries with a focus on user experience • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the data engineering team • Manage and prioritize the backlog • Ensure alignment and value delivery by partnering with engineering, analytics, and business squads • Monitor squad performance indicators and drive continuous improvements • Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives • Facilitate agile ceremonies in collaboration with the agility team • Monitor production releases and coordinate communications with partner areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar roles • Experience in data product projects focused on business areas • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog prioritization techniques • Familiarity with OKRs, agile methodology, metrics, and product prioritization techniques (backlog) • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Ability to read context to identify opportunities and manage conflicts and expectations • Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactivity, critical thinking, ownership mindset, and adaptability • Basic knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to data • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging
