📋 Description

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects • Apply the SAP Activate methodology to deliver projects on time and within budget • Define project schedules, goals, resources, and budget • Map and address all business requirements within the SAP S/4HANA solution • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of consultants, IT analysts, developers, and business stakeholders • Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing systems and platforms • Track project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders • Ensure end-user training and post-implementation support • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, proposing appropriate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and Tax Reform projects • Advanced knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology • Experience applying the SAP Activate methodology to large-scale projects • Experience with two or more S/4HANA implementation projects • Experience in SAP project management • Knowledge of Cloud ALM • Knowledge of S/4HANA conversion • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines • In-depth understanding of business processes in the services sector • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate technical and business requirements to diverse stakeholders • Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills • SAP Activate certification is a plus • SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent certification is desirable
