📋 Description

• Preparatory payroll processing: Recording and checking payroll-relevant data (allowances and deductions, special payments, travel expenses) for handover to the external payroll service provider • Contract management maintenance and administration: You independently create and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR documents. • HR data management: You maintain employee master data in Workday and ensure all data are complete, up to date, and accurate. • Point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related questions • Correspondence with authorities, social insurance carriers, and health insurance funds • Creation of certificates, analyses, and HR reports from Workday • Support in optimizing and digitizing HR processes • Participation in HR projects (e.g., system development in Workday, policies)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g., Personnel Specialist) • Experience in preparatory payroll processing • Solid knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law • Confident use of Workday or comparable HR systems • Discretion, accuracy, and a structured way of working • Strong communication skills: you can explain complex matters clearly.
