📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for multiple requisitions across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define job requirements, and develop structured interview processes that assess for both skills and cultural fit. • Partner with HR to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists). • Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems like BambooHR or similar). • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
