• Responsible for leading the development and expansion of strategic partnerships with parking networks and fuel stations, enabling the use of the TAG as a payment method for urban mobility and refueling services. Works in a B2B2C model, connecting the company with commercial operators, delivering more benefits associated with the TAG and improving the end-customer experience. • Develop and negotiate partnerships with parking networks and drive-thru fuel stations across the country. • Manage the existing network, ensuring revenue tracking by location, segment and in total. • Enable the use of the TAG as a payment method by integrating systems and user journeys with partners. • Lead strategies to expand the accredited network, focusing on geographic coverage and distribution. • Manage activation and end-consumer conversion actions in partnership with marketing and product teams. • Supervise regional coordinators, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency. • Monitor the performance of account executives (hunters and farmers), fostering synergy between network expansion and monetization of parking and fuel station networks. • Track KPIs such as the number of active partners, TAG transaction volume, conversion rate and partner satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth technical implementation, communication and partner support. • Identify opportunities for innovation and new business models within the mobility ecosystem. • Negotiate the opening of TAG (Sem Parar) points of sale within the urban network (parking lots, fuel stations and drive-thrus).
• Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships, preferably in mobility, payments, retail or B2B2C services. • Demonstrated track record negotiating and managing large accounts (parking networks, fuel station chains, franchises or retail chains). • Experience scaling accredited networks nationwide with a focus on reach, distribution and commercial performance. • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and new models within the mobility ecosystem. • Experience leading commercial teams (hunters and farmers), including managing regional coordinators and developing high-performance teams. • Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, conversion, profitability, partner activation and satisfaction. • Experience with integrations of solutions and digital journeys (e.g., payment methods, technology products or platforms), working closely with technical and product teams. • Skill in complex negotiation involving multiple stakeholders and long-term contracts. • Experience working cross-functionally with areas such as marketing, product, operations and technology. • Ability to design and execute activation and end-customer conversion strategies within a B2B2C model.
