📋 Description

• Manage client portfolios, developing and implementing account plans with a focus on the government market, especially public procurement (tenders). • Drive new business and boost revenue and billing growth. • Act consultatively, visiting clients to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement. • Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal company teams. • Increase client satisfaction levels, ensuring a positive client experience. • Keep management reports up to date and ensure sales and revenue targets for the portfolio are met. • Manage existing contracts, including renewals, amendments, and expirations. • Identify and develop new business opportunities and tailored solutions for clients. • Analyze the market and monitor developments within clients’ operating segments. • Handle demand management, including account analysis and after-sales support. • Conduct on-site client visits to ensure excellent service and build long-term relationships, including engagement with senior executives (C-level). • Continuously work to improve client satisfaction and experience with our services. • Work on at-risk account recovery (CAR) and track the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as visits, pipeline, leads, among others.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector with a focus on public procurement (public tenders). • Experience with Telecom and IT products. • Experience managing accounts in both in-person and online settings within direct sales. • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with top-level executives. • Basic knowledge of financial analysis. • Basic English proficiency preferred.
