📋 Description

• Propose ESG initiatives related to BV's businesses, with a focus on: Retail, CIB, CVC and Treasury. • Assist in mapping and executing access to ESG-related funding, nationally and internationally; • Support the development, execution and monitoring of investments in impact funds, including contributions via VC – Venture Capital; • Drive company engagement in the adoption of sustainable/ESG business practices; • Monitor the Bank's ESG performance results; • Evaluate, propose and participate in sustainability indices and ratings; • Lead the process of collecting, analyzing and consolidating sustainability reporting data (internal and external); • Oversee the preparation and ensure the accuracy of data for the Annual Report and other necessary ESG reports; • Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, investors, ESG rating agencies, NGOs, suppliers and employees across various areas and hierarchical levels in Brazil and abroad); • Maintain strong relationships with product, funding/capital raising, commercial and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; • Proven experience in sustainability within the financial sector; • Experience with banking products — particularly wholesale/corporate banking; • Strong knowledge of sustainability indices and their methodologies (ISE, DJSI, FTSE, MSCI) and ESG topics; • Familiarity with GRI and SASB indicators; • Experience in impact measurement; • Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in São Paulo.
