📋 Description

• Work together in a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and support complex payroll queries • Monitor legislative changes and implement payroll tax and social security regulations • Advise hotel employees, managers and HR representatives on payroll-related matters • Collaborate with authorities and external parties • Support accounting with payroll-related matters for monthly, quarterly and year-end closings • Assist with payroll tax and social security audits • Prepare analyses, statistics and reports • Actively contribute to building the in-house payroll function • Continuously improve processes and systems • Support digitization and optimization projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business administration or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in payroll processing • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law • Ability to independently monitor changes in payroll tax and social security legislation • Preferably experience working with accounting or a good understanding of closing processes • Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking and a structured approach to work • Precise, self-reliant and pragmatic working style • Discreet and reliable handling of sensitive personnel data • Sense of responsibility, also during busy payroll and closing periods • Clear, reliable and service-oriented communication • Proficient user of DATEV and Microsoft Excel • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems and digital processes
