• With at least 2 years of experience in sales and hospitality, you know how to source leads, build relationships, and turn them into real partnerships. • Outbound sales is an opportunity, not a challenge for you — you approach people proactively and enjoy initiating conversations. • You understand what customers really need and can convince them with smart solutions, even when they are initially skeptical. • You treat a “no” as an invitation to stay creative and approach every conversation with energy and a positive attitude. • A passion for development and new ideas drives you.
