📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive test engineering strategies and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives • Establish test architectures, methodologies, performance metrics, key performance indicators, and quality models • Design innovative test solutions for complex semiconductor validation challenges • Direct test technology selection and implementation for major product divisions • Establish test platforms, equipment standards, and qualification methodologies • Lead adoption of advanced test technologies and measurement systems • Oversee test architecture development and infrastructure strategies • Lead test optimization programs, performance excellence initiatives, statistical test methods, adaptive test approaches, and continuous improvement • Develop cost of test models and optimization strategies • Direct test innovation programs, research and development priorities, disruptive test technologies, and next-generation test capabilities • Lead, manage, and develop test engineering professionals • Establish performance expectations and career development frameworks • Implement talent management strategies and mentor next-generation test leaders • Serve as senior advisor to business leadership on test strategy and quality assurance • Partner with business leaders and collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams • Represent the test engineering function in senior leadership forums • Direct test engineering operations for major business divisions and manage substantial resources • Make decisions regarding test strategies, technology selections, resource allocation, test architectures, and methodology changes • Influence executive decisions on product quality and test investments • Address complex test challenges, balance stakeholder priorities, navigate ambiguity, and anticipate emerging test requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred • 8-10 years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering leadership • 3+ years of management experience leading test teams • Advanced knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, equipment platforms, and quality frameworks • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and product development environment required • Expert knowledge of semiconductor test principles, methodologies, and technologies • Advanced understanding of test economics, coverage optimization, and quality-cost trade-offs • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate engineering teams • Strategic thinking with business acumen to align test strategies with organizational objectives • Excellent program management capabilities with experience leading major test initiatives • Superior communication and presentation skills at executive level • Experience with test technology implementation and infrastructure development • Proven ability to drive test excellence and quality improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Change management expertise • Knowledge of semiconductor devices, manufacturing processes, and quality standards • Moderate travel required (15-25% of time) to test facilities, manufacturing sites, and customer locations
