📋 Description

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visits. • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needs. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, within the company’s CRM system. • Partner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth. • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning. • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership. • Develop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and track performance • Ability to read, speak, and hear English • Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentations • Reliable transportation required • Previous sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries preferred)
