📋 Description

• Present Sensi’s AI product and value proposition to clients and families during field visits. • Conduct on-site installations and training in seniors' homes, ensuring seamless deployment of devices and routers. • Manage client onboarding from post-sale to full integration, ensuring adoption and satisfaction. • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients and referral partners, such as hospitals, care communities, and government agencies. • Gather and document client feedback to inform product development and customer experience improvements. • Collaborate internally across departments to deliver actionable insights that drive product and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Client Relationship Manager: You bring extensive experience of at least 3 years in client relationship management or sales and face-to-face training. • Proactive Communicator: You excel at translating complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts for non-technical users. • Tech Savvy: Your capacity to lead on-site deployment and resolve challenges efficiently showcases your problem-solving abilities. • Experience in the healthcare or home care industries is highly valuable, adding context and empathy to your interactions. • Travel and Adaptability: This role requires a high degree of mobility, with up to 60% travel expected.
