📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership, engineering delivery, and ensure overall quality of the Data Foundation platform • Lead the team building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines, data products, canonical data models, and data services • Enable advanced analytics, AI, system integration, and operational reporting through robust data architectures • Partner with the Service Owner, Architecture Team, and Platform Engineering Lead to deliver scalable, trusted, and maintainable data solutions • Ensure engineering execution, solution quality, and operational reliability across the data platform • Drive development, mentorship, and continuous improvement of a high-performing data engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in enterprise data engineering • Strong background in modern data architectures and distributed processing • Engineering excellence specifically utilizing PySpark • Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and canonical data models • Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with pipeline creation and architectural design • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Experience deploying data solutions within modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants preferred • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
