📋 Description

• Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions • Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions • Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation • Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows • Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support • Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards • Collaborate with global teams and consultants on high-impact digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce core platform • Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases • Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments • Experience as a Tech Lead handling design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance • Comfortable working in Agile delivery models • Required: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist • Required: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant • Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • Desired: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II • Desired: JavaScript Developer I • Integration experience using REST APIs and MuleSoft • CI/CD and Salesforce DX experience • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
