📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications • Resolve incidents and tickets in Jira or similar tools • Perform routine and critical maintenance, including Oracle certificate, PeopleSoft update, and CPU patch application • Apply Oracle-delivered bug fixes using Change Assistant • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Server domains • Assist with clustering, load balancing, and failover setup • Manage project migrations using the STAT tool • Perform PeopleSoft environment refreshes, including file servers • Recreate Application, Web, and Process Scheduler domains • Maintain environment catalogs and documentation • Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across cloud platforms • Configure and manage Elasticsearch • Support Integration Broker configuration and SSO implementations • Generate security access reports across environments • Support Oracle database backup management and basic application performance tuning

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ to 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration support • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in PeopleSoft Administration, architecture, and support • Comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 PeopleSoft application support experience • Experience resolving incidents and tickets using Jira or similar tools • Basic understanding of Oracle Database management and application-level performance tuning • Experience managing PeopleSoft environments on modern cloud platforms (desired) • Deep knowledge of PeopleTools Metadata (desired) • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, including Application, Web, and Process Scheduler servers • Hands-on experience with Change Assistant, STAT migration tool, and Jira or similar ticketing systems • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Integration Broker and SSO • Experience configuring and managing Elasticsearch within a PeopleSoft context • Understanding of Oracle Database backup procedures and application-level performance tuning • Strong analytical thinking, resilience, and proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, system health, and maintenance
