• Identify and develop business opportunities for nearshore IT staffing and recruitment services in the U.S. market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and hiring managers. • Create and execute sales strategies to expand service offerings and increase market share. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruitment, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development tactics and increase competitiveness.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or related fields. • Demonstrable track record of selling nearshore IT staffing services to clients in the U.S. market. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers. • Understanding of nearshore outsourcing models, labor market trends, and client needs. • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain multiple client relationships. • Desired Familiarity with HubSpot / CRM software and other business development tools. • Background in developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 or high-growth tech companies. • Native Spanish. Languages Advanced Oral English.
