📋 Description

• Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to product and program managers • Create innovative, practical end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise technology goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill business requirements while considering product costs, data privacy, business continuity, and information security • Assess vendor products, understand delivery models, and assist with implementation • Set architectural direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts across multiple projects • Foster positive contributions from engineering, product, and operations teams • Design reusable, repeatable intellectual property and architectural artifacts • Lead Agile sprints in a product owner capacity and mentor technical staff on design sprints • Enforce architectural standards, global guidelines, usability, and design principles • Identify, communicate, and mitigate RAID throughout the development lifecycle • Propose custom solutions and build quality user experiences with application owners, designers, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional IT industry experience with an expert understanding of solution architecture • Extensive working knowledge of cloud application architecture using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services • Subject matter expertise in Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic, Webapp, or Digital services • Experience building analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL • Hands-on experience with generative AI, specifically text-based models, and implementing RAG search using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel • Experience with mission-critical technology components featuring robust disaster recovery capabilities • Proven background with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management • Strong background in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies • Advanced ability to adapt communication styles, build rapport, and operate effectively as a leading member of global, distributed teams • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Minimum of 15+ years overall IT industry experience • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
