📋 Description

• Act as strategic thought partner and coach to leaders in leading and scaling high-performing teams • Advise across all levels on performance management, team dynamics, rewards, recognition, and employee relations • Build relationships and model a culture of mutual accountability and constructive collaboration • Lead organizational initiatives including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness • Partner with leaders to forecast headcount needs and collaborate with recruiting to hire talent • Lead business practice and process improvements to optimize talent deployment and ensure people-related ROI • Collaborate with People Ops to roll out compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs • Serve as trusted advisor to ServiceTitan leaders on people-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HR business experience • Ideally 4+ years as a strategic HR business partner in a fast-paced scaling environment • Exposure to scaling teams and experience with the full employee lifecycle • Well-rounded experience in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development • Ability to coach and influence leaders and employees • Strong business acumen and curiosity to connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment • Comfort navigating complex situations and operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
