📋 Description

• Coordinate workflows and delivery schedules between Base PICs, logistics providers, and commercial teams for incoming and outgoing equipment • Oversee and supervise Base PICs, including day-to-day yard execution, inspection checklists, and fleet readiness • Ensure off-hire inspections are completed and Asset Damage Reports are released to clients within 48 hours • Track and manage spares inventory, including slings, accessories, and consumables • Expedite third-party vendors to maintain turnaround times, service quality, and material availability • Liaise between base locations and the main office while monitoring operational performance and status updates • Adhere to company HSE policies and ensure safe working practices • Generate Delivery Orders and shipping/customs documentation for on-hire and off-hire movements • Secure and verify client Purchase Orders for initial hires and ongoing billing cycles • Execute customer invoices, submit billings through procurement portals, and resolve disputed or rejected invoices • Track, expedite, and close client billing disputes and Asset Damage Reports • Support customer onboarding, monthly financial reconciliations, and overdue collections follow-up with Finance • Maintain equipment movement records, fleet tracking data, and transaction logs in Dynamics AX • Stop work when unsafe acts, behaviours, or conditions are identified

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational coordination, logistics, or operational customer support within an equipment rental or industrial environment • Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across field teams, vendors, and corporate clients • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Dynamics AX is an advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
