📋 Description

• Monitor and support compliance with organizational, state, federal, and payer specific regulations • Assist in maintaining data integrity and reporting for quality and operational performance • Support audits, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts • Develop and deliver resources, tools, and guidance to staff to enhance adherence to standards • Collaborate with teams to identify trends, risk, and opportunities for organizational improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree related to healthcare or behavioral health • Experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster collaborative relationships • Ability to pass a drug screen and State of Alaska background check • Experience in nonprofit, mental health or a substance abuse field
