📋 Description

• Support national and international customers and assist with order processing in the area of food analytics • Prepare, review, and follow up on invoices, credit notes, and other billing transactions • Monitor outstanding receivables, manage the dunning process, and resolve payment and invoicing discrepancies • Support customs clearance, appointment scheduling, and international customer inquiries • Work closely with project managers, sample management, and internal stakeholders • Handle general administrative tasks, including master data maintenance in SAP, travel expense reporting, and procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification (e.g., hotel management specialist, industrial clerk, office management specialist, or similar) • Confident user of MS Office applications • Initial experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is preferred • Strong service and customer focus • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2) • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a friendly demeanor
