📋 Description
• Supervise procurement specialists and officers • Review and approve RFQs, RFPs, quotations, and supplier evaluations • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and delegation of authority • Monitor supplier performance and establish strategic supplier relationships • Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives • Support audits and ensure proper procurement documentation • Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with proven experience in procurement roles • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers • Proficiency in procurement software • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
