📋 Description

• Develop cost savings strategies for assigned categories, including third-party vendor sourcing and supplier consolidation. • Partner with stakeholders to understand business roadmaps and develop sourcing pipelines and supplier strategies. • Analyze industry trends, pricing, competition, supplier optimization, and market compression. • Lead new supplier contract negotiations and renegotiations to achieve lowest total cost of ownership and savings objectives. • Measure, manage, and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLAs. • Drive RFI and RFP processes through proposal review, business award, and contract execution. • Influence internal stakeholders to optimize value, cost, and vendor performance. • Support additional categories including professional services, HR and benefits, real estate and workplace, legal services, software, cloud, events, and travel. • Deliver complex source-to-pay improvement projects and other improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and/or Operations, including 7+ years’ experience in a senior procurement role. • Experience building and executing category strategies to deliver savings. • Experience negotiating complex and high-stakes buy-side contracts. • Strong analytical and financial capabilities, including operational metric dashboards, financial analysis, and spend data. • Experience with best-in-class procurement processes, including category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auctions, and contracting. • Proven record of measuring KPIs, developing scorecards and reports, and driving Quarterly Business Review processes. • Deep knowledge of contract language and terms, including structuring and drafting MSAs, DPAs, maintenance agreements, and service orders. • Excellent communication and executive presence; extremely organized. • Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building. • Experience structuring and negotiating commercial models, including consumption/usage-based pricing, fixed-fee structures, variable tiering, and performance-incentivized models. • Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and/or Operations (desired). • Experience leveraging Oracle, Ironclad, and Oracle procurement and ERP systems for vendor spend management (desired).
