📋 Description

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple therapeutic and functional areas • Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, data sciences, and related disciplines • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations for sourcing • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement campaigns • Screen and qualify candidates based on experience, skills, availability, and location alignment • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on business requirements and talent market conditions • Conduct talent mapping and labor market research on candidate availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and geographic talent pools • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in ATS and CRM platforms • Support diversity sourcing initiatives • Participate in workforce planning discussions and recommend sourcing strategies • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices • Build and maintain candidate relationships to enhance candidate experience and employer brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment cycle • Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools • Strong knowledge of social media and sourcing techniques • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases • Strong organizational and time management capabilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information • Customer service mindset with capacity to work effectively across all organizational levels
