📋 Description

• Accurately enter logistics and shipment data into ERP systems and internal tracking tools • Generate packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments • Navigate shipping platforms such as FedEx and UPS • Support Logistics Coordinators and managers with day-to-day operational tasks • Maintain accurate records while ensuring attention to detail across all logistics activities • Assist with additional logistics and administrative responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently while following established processes • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook 365 • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Previous logistics experience is a plus but not required • Preferred: experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, warehouse operations, or data entry • Preferred: experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment • Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems, shipping software, FedEx, UPS, or similar platforms • Preferred: experience in customer service, wholesale, apparel, or manufacturing environments • Preferred: knowledge of shipping methods, freight terminology, or inventory processes
