📋 Description

• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, workshops, and online experiences. • Manage event timelines and project plans. • Coordinate speakers and presenters. • Support attendee communications. • Manage registrations. • Ensure smooth event delivery. • Support and coordinate email campaigns, social media promotion, event launches, landing pages, registration funnels, community engagement, educational campaigns, promotional calendars. • Deliver exceptional attendee experiences. • Support community engagement. • Respond professionally to enquiries. • Coordinate post-event communications. • Gather attendee feedback. • Improve future experiences. • Leverage AI for event planning, campaign creation, content development, communication, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization, community management, customer support, continuous improvement. • Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver exceptional educational experiences. • Continuously improve event quality, strengthen attendee engagement, optimize marketing performance, increase operational efficiency, improve documentation, continuously raise the quality of every event and campaign.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, or community management. • Experience coordinating webinars, virtual events, workshops, or educational programs. • Strong project management capability. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding organizational skills. • Strong stakeholder management capability. • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • Experience using AI for campaign planning, email marketing, social media creation, event planning, customer communication, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization, community engagement, marketing research will be highly regarded.
