📋 Description
• Help uncover the human truths, tensions, and decision drivers that define the employment relationship • Translate client business problems into insightful research questions • Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups, and diaries • Develop compelling narratives that connect data to business implications
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years of experience in research design and execution, data analysis, and data storytelling • Strong experience across qualitative and quantitative methods • Comfort with leading research and analysis tools/platforms, including GenAI and LLMs • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives • Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and can independently manage and prioritize execution of work • Effectively uses written and spoken word in a concise, structured, professional, and courteous way
