📋 Description

• Lead the central technology team • Negotiate vendor contracts • Manage budgets • Guide the team through new technology horizons, including AI tooling • Maintain the operational backbone and systems • Support Sharesies’ vision of financial empowerment and stakeholder connectivity for listed and unlisted companies

🎯 Requirements

• Technical depth and savvy to lead the team • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets • Curiosity and willingness to guide the team through new technology horizons such as AI tooling • Proactive and organised approach to keeping operational systems running seamlessly • Adaptability to change • Motivation by Sharesies’ vision and purpose • Must obtain a Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check • Must obtain a credit check • All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand • Cover letter and CV required
