📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to engage customers, conduct discovery calls, and provide service overviews to generate interest in Staffing and Staff Augmentation Solutions. • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, ensuring timely and successful candidate placement. • Negotiate competitive compensation packages to secure top talent. • Lead other Recruiters – Mentorship. • Set Activity & Production pace for Recruiting Team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced agency setting. • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and promoting opportunities effectively. • Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including social media and Boolean searches. • Proven success in building strong technology talent pipelines. • Proven success in Gross Margin production. • Highly adaptable, innovative, and results-driven with the ability to thrive under multiple priorities.
